This is your time to enjoy your break and get a spiritual refill. Relax knowing that if your little one needs you, you'll know immediately; provided you look for their number on the stage wall. If your child needs you for anything, your number flashes at the front of the church and you can exit to meet your child's needs.
Jesus told us all to become more like
the little children. Life is a lot less complicated when you are a
kid and because of that it is much easier for our kids to come to
faith in Christ.
Because children are so special in God’s eyes (and ours!), and are
the future, we make sure to take extra special care of the little
ones while they’re here.
Whether you’re child is 13 days old, 13 months old or 13 years
old, Friends provides Children’s Church for the newborn through
8th grader every week.
You can feel good about leaving your newborns and babies in
the nursery room with Friends volunteers. Each of our weekend
staff have undergone character checks and have proven to be
great with kids.
Be excited about your wobbly walkers and tiny toddlers hearing
God’s word and learning from the amazing lessons our teachers
share each week. This is your time to enjoy your break and get
a spiritual refill. Relax knowing that your preschoolers through 8th graders learn
in separate classes by grade with age-appropriate projects and
weekly lesson plans and scheduled activities. From acting in
and watching Bible skits to playing with puppets to memorizing
verses and discussing real issues that affect our children, our
goal is to teach each child to love God, love one another and love
the world. |
MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOLERS (MOPS) A ministry for mother's with young children ages 0-5 years old.
Meets Weekly from September through May. The next first official meeting will be September 9th at the church during the regular time 10:00-NOON, on Wednesdays.
